What's new in Advanced Analytics

We've given TalentAdore’s Advanced Analytics a notable refresh to make it clearer, more flexible and easier to work with. The updates span the chart library, how filtering works, how you lay out your boards, as well as the visual design of the whole view.

Here's what has changed:

  1. A curated chart library

  2. Per-chart filtering

  3. A more flexible layout

  4. A refreshed visual design

Let's go through them one by one 👇

1. A curated chart library 📊

We reviewed the chart library, examining every chart and assessing how well each one served the users. The result is an updated library with relevant, ready-to-use charts chosen specifically for the questions that recruitment and HR teams put to their data.

We also made the charts easier to understand. Tooltips across the whole view now explain exactly what each chart measures, so picking the right one takes less guesswork.

2. Per-chart filtering 🔍

You can now filter each chart on its own, the biggest change in this release.

Before, filters worked on the whole dashboard; set one and every chart changed with it, so you saw one slice of your data at a time. Now each chart has its own filter, and you can use whatever criteria best fit your data. That includes the custom questions from your own application forms, not just the standard fields.

That means one board can show several different views at once, side by side.

3. A more flexible layout 🧩

Besides the filtering, we've also opened up the layout. You can now arrange and resize charts freely across the board, giving you full control over both position and proportion.

That means you can build a board that reflects your actual priorities. Make the chart you check most often the biggest one on the board, and arrange the rest around it. You can also build different boards for different purposes — one for your own weekly check, another for presenting to your team.

4. A refreshed visual design ✨

Furthermore, we've made a fairly extensive update on the visual side of Advanced Analytics. We rolled out a fully updated colour palette that brings the analytics view into line with our new brand identity.

The new design also takes a cleaner and more contemporary approach to presenting data. Clearer, more consistent styling lets the information itself come forward, with less visual noise between you and the numbers. The modern look sits comfortably alongside the rest of the product, making it easier and faster to find the information you're looking for, whether you're scanning a board yourself or sharing it on screen with others.

The Edit Board flow stays where it is 🔧

One thing hasn't changed, deliberately. The familiar Edit Board flow still sits in exactly the same place and works as it did before.

Everything above lives inside a workflow you already know. We haven't reinvented how you create and customise charts — we've simply made it simpler.
