Set up evaluation templates
Go to Settings > Evaluation templates.
Build a skills bank with the most commonly searched skills and requirements. This helps standardize evaluations and makes it easier to find relevant skills when editing evaluation forms.
Create or edit an evaluation template.
Add job-specific Hard skills, Soft skills, and Other details like experience or certifications.
Define evaluation steps (e.g. Application review, Online interview).
Assign skills to each step and choose the input format (rating scale or yes/no).
Add interview questions to evaluation steps.
Attach evaluation template to a position
In the position editor, go to the Requirements tab.
Select a predefined evaluation template or add requirements manually.
Adding job requirements
Under Job requirements, define:
Hard skills and Soft skills
Any relevant experience or certifications
These are used as the base for AI Skills Matching.
Or use Recommend skills for AI-generated skill suggestions.
Add evaluation steps
Use “Add evaluation step” to link relevant skills to each step in your recruitment flow.
You can apply all requirements to all steps or customize evaluation forms per step. Add relevant interview questions to the form.
In the evaluation form:
1) Select step that the evaluation form is linked to
2) Select skills for the form
3) Add an interview question
4) Select input format: rating scale or yes/no
ℹ️ Note: Don't add a "New" -step to your evaluations steps. Start with Application review. Then when you start evaluating applicants in the "New" step, they will automatically be taken to Application review step, with automatic "application review has started" message.
Evaluate applicants
Open the applicant's profile and go to the Evaluation tab. You can evaluate applicants with:
1) Heart ratings (1-5) - overall score that stays the same in all the steps and can be changes whenever.
2) Evaluation forms - that are recruitment step specific and can be added once per step:
Select the step (e.g. Online interview) and complete the evaluation:
Rate the skills
Rate the Overall step impression
Write a note about the applicant
Submit your evaluation.
Previous evaluations are always visible via the step dropdown and evaluator history.
