Remember the new Job Edit View we rolled out in May? It just got better.
Until now, automations lived in a hidden 3-dot menu – a separate configuration step you had to remember to find. Today, we're bringing them right into the editor, where they belong.
🔄 Automations now built into the Job Edit View
Automations and anonymized recruitment-flow steps used to be a separate setup step, tucked away in the 3-dot menu. Now you set them up right inside the job ad editor – in the same flow, at the same time.
What's new:
No more hunting through menus – automations sit directly in the job edit flow, so there's nothing hidden to dig for.
Set up once, in one place – configure your automations and anonymized flow steps while you build the job ad, not after.
Custom question automations – trigger automations based on answers to your custom questions, so the workflows that depend on them finally just work.
Fewer clicks needed, as the automations you rely on are right where you need them. Set up a job and its automations in one smooth pass.

The update is live now. Open any job in the Job Edit View and you'll find automations waiting for you in the editor.

As of today, the new Job Edit View is your default in TalentAdore Hire.
We released it to early access in April, listened to your feedback, and now every job and template you create in TalentAdore Hire lives in the new view.
✏️ A clearer way to publish job ads
The new editing experience is faster to navigate and easy on the eyes. Sections are grouped clearly, the ad's structure is visible at a glance, and every essential setting lives in the same view – no jumping between tabs or panels to set things up.
What this means in practice:
One layout for every position inside TalentAdore Hire – consistent across roles, departments and templates
Essential settings in one view – including anonymized steps
Cleaner overview – the position’s structure and next steps are visible at a glance
Less context switching – you stay in the same view as you build up the role
📁 What this means for you in practice
A quick recap so nothing surprises anyone on your team:
New jobs and templates from today onward are built in the new view from the start
Changes to active positions will still be made using the old editor
Old templates are automatically converted to the new view, with content and settings preserved
Expired and archived positions created in the legacy editor are now read-only – your historical recruitment data stays untouched
You can, however, copy the job ads to edit them using the new view
Job ad approval moves to the final step – approvals are now handled at the end of the creation flow, instead of on the first tab as in the legacy editor

We've given the top of TalentAdore Hire a proper refresh. The new navigation bar is faster, cleaner, and brings the new and improved global search to your fingertips – so you spend less time clicking around and more time on the work that matters.

The new React-based top bar tidies up the things you reach for most – notifications, help, and personal settings – into clear dropdown menus. This means less visual noise and better scannability.
The icons you know and love are still where you expect them. The new dropdowns just give the small stuff a proper home.
🔍 Quick Search – Jump Anywhere with ⌘K / Ctrl+K
Need to find a candidate or open application without breaking your flow? Click the search button, or Tap ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in TalentAdore Hire and start typing.

One small change worth flagging: Company Settings now lives inside your profile menu (top right corner – click your avatar). You'll find it right alongside User Preferences, Company Users, and Status Updates.
If your admin team starts asking "where did settings go?" – that's where to point them.

We're making a small but important update to how you work with job requirements in TalentAdore.
⚙️ Job Requirements Update
Starting next week, we're updating how you add and manage job requirements. If you have older templates or drafts that were created using the previous requirements interface, they'll automatically adopt the improved interface.
If you've created jobs recently: You're likely already using the updated interface, so you won't notice any changes.
What this means for older requirements:
Older templates & drafts will automatically update to the new requirements interface
Your existing requirements transfer over seamlessly – all your hard skills, soft skills, and other details stay intact.
Very old published jobs remain unchanged to preserve your historical recruitment data
Why this matters: The updated requirements interface gives you better flexibility in how you assess candidates at different recruitment stages. It's also the foundation that powers features like AI Skills Matching – helping you evaluate applicants more fairly and efficiently.
