Edit your visual Career Page

Easily update the look and content of your Career Page - no coding or design skills needed.

Access Career Page editor:

  • Go to Settings > Career Page

  • Click Edit Career Page to open the visual editor

Edit Career Page content

  • Add blocks to you Career page by clicking (+) icon "Add a section":

Different sections:

  • Header is the logo banner on top of the page.

  • Hero banner is the main image on the page that include Site title and button that links to open positions.

  • Image & text sections contain an image and a text.

  • Text section only contains text.

    • Pro tip! You can add a YouTube video in this section by clicking the video icon in text editor and pasting you YouTube video link:

  • Image section only contains image.

  • Footer section is the bottom section with logo and social media links.

Different actions in the sections:

  • Move sections with the up and down arrow.

  • Edit sections with the pen icon.

  • Add sections with the (+) icon.

  • Copy sections with copy icon.

  • Remove sections with the trash icon.

Edit open positions section

Open positions section is always visible on the page.

Edit the style and content of the open positions in the edit section.

  • Change section background color.

  • Add section heading, like "Open positions"

  • Add positions feed URL. You get this from your RSS feed.

  • Choose the layout style from three different options: Visual, Tiles, Masonry.

Preview Career Page content

  • You’ll see a live preview of your page on the top right by clicking the Preview-button.

  • You can also preview page both in desktop and mobile views. It is not possible to customize mobile view to be different than desktop view.

Publish Changes

When you are happy with the page, you can publish it by clicking the Publish-button. You can at anytime choose to hide the page again by clicking Unpublish.

Tips for Great Visual Design

Simple, clean pages perform best:

  • Use high-quality images (avoid blurry or pixelated files)

  • Keep text short and scannable

  • Stick to your main brand color for consistency

  • Avoid adding too much content - focus on what matters most
