Career Page Setup Guide

A simple way to create and manage your company’s career page - no technical skills needed.

Your Career Page is a customizable public page where you can showcase your open positions and employer brand - all managed from your TalentAdore settings.

A well-designed career page helps attract the right candidates by:

  • Highlighting your company culture

  • Showing all open positions in one place

  • Making it easy to apply

Step 1: Go to Career Page settings

  • In your TalentAdore system, go to Settings > Career Page.

Step 2: Add your domain and manage site settings

  • Add a page domain: this can be your company name. Format will be <domain>.career.talentadore.com

  • Select your career page language

  • Add a site title and meta description for SEO

    • Site title is visible when sharing the page link, and in the main banner of the career page.

    • Meta description for SEO is visible when sharing the page link, and for search engine optimization. Should be max. 140 characters.

Step 3: Add your company branding

  • Add your hero image: this image will be the main image on top of your career page. It will also show as the image when sharing the page, e.g. to social media.

  • Upload your logo: logo will be visible on you on career page top header bar, and footer.

  • Upload your favicon: favicon will be visible in the browser and should present the small version of the logo

Step 4: Add your visual styles

  • Select the corner styling of your brand: this will reflect on the styling of buttons, images and sections.

    • Round: fully rounded corners

    • Soft: slightly rounded corners

    • Square: pointet corners

  • Add your brand colors

    • Primary color: add you main brand color, e.g. buttons

    • Background color: you can choose to set this as the background color in selected sections

    • Text color

Step 5: Save changes and start editing the career page!
