Use Pre-recorded Video Questions (Media Library)

You can create and reuse pre-recorded video questions from the Media Library. This helps you standardize questions and save time when creating new job ads.

You can create and reuse pre-recorded video questions from the Media Library. These can be used both in:

  • Application form video questions

  • Video interview questions

This helps you standardize questions and save time when creating new job ads.

How to Create a Pre-recorded Video Question

  1. Go to Settings → Media library

  2. Open the Video questions tab

  3. Click “Add new video”

Add a new Video Question by filling in the following fields:

  • Question*
    The question shown to candidates

  • Internal description*
    For internal use (helps you identify the question later)

  • Mandatory to answer
    Choose whether candidates must answer this question

  • Max. answer length*
    Set how long the candidate can record their answer

  • Add your video question

    • Record your question using the “Record Video” button

    • This is optional but recommended for a more personal experience

  • Click Save

    • The video question will be stored in the Media Library

  • You can now select and reuse it when:

    • Creating application form video questions

    • Setting up video interview questions

Important Notes

  • Editing a video in Media Library is not currently supported
    Once saved, video questions cannot be edited.
    → If changes are needed, you must create a new one

  • No video uploads
    You must record videos directly in the platform

  • If position has applications, you can't add or edit video questions
