Video questions for the application form
Once the feature is enabled you can create your desired questions from the application form step when creating a new job ad:
Go to Position → Details → Application form
Click “Add video questions”
You will be taken to the video question editor
Press the add video questions and you will be taken to this view where you can add:
Question title (what the candidate sees)
Mandatory / optional
Maximum recording time
Optional: Record your own video intro
Adds a more personal touch
Not required
❗ Direct video uploads from your computer are not supported (you must record inside the tool)
The question(s) will appear at the bottom of the application form, and the candidates answers will be seen in the overview part of the candidate in TalentAdore Hire.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting

❌ Candidate cannot record video | Camera/microphone permissions blocked - Unsupported browser - Email not added / terms not agreed in the application form | Allow camera & microphone access - Use Chrome or Edge - Avoid incognito mode - Instruct applicant to add email and accept terms |

Use Pre-recorded Video Questions (Media Library)
You can create and reuse pre-recorded video questions from the Media Library. These can be used both in:
Application form video questions
Video interview questions
This helps you standardize questions and save time when creating new job ads.
