Creating Pre-recorded interview questions
Step 1: Add Video Interview to Recruitment Flow
Go to Job creation → Recruitment flow
Add step: “Video Interview”
👉 This step is required to enable video interview functionality
Step 2: Create Video Interview Questions
Click Edit “Video Interview”
2. Create the Video Interview
Response deadline (in days): Set the number of days an applicant has to complete the video interview after receiving the invitation.
So if time to respond is 5 days, then from the moment the invite to Video Interview is sent to the applicant, applicant has 5 days to respond to the Video Interview before it expires.
You can modify the deadline when sending the invite to the applicant.
Add new questions or Select from library
Add new question by adding:
Question title
Mandatory / optional
Maximum recording time
Optional: record intro video. Recording the video is not mandatory, but adds a nice personal touch.
❗ Direct video uploads from a personal computer are currently not supported for either video questions or pre-recorded video interviews.
Step 3: Invite Candidates
Move candidate to “Video Interview” step
Click “Invite to video interview”. You can also do this in mass-action.
3. Review/edit:
Deadline
Invitation message
4. Click Send
5. The candidate will receive the link and can answer the questions.

Must complete before deadline
After interview invite is sent, you can do the following actions:
When the candidate has answered a "Video interview" tab will appear in the Applicant Card where you can see the submitted videos.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Use Pre-recorded Video Questions (Media Library)
You can create and reuse pre-recorded video questions from the Media Library. These can be used both in:
