Scheduling interviews in TalentAdore allows you to:
Offer multiple time slots to candidates
Let candidates choose a suitable time
Avoid double bookings (selected slots are automatically removed)
Send confirmation messages for pre-agreed interviews
1. Move Candidate to Interview Step
Move the candidate to:
Phone interview
Face-to-face interview
Online interview
Then click “Schedule interview”
2. Select Available Time Slots
Choose one or multiple pre-added time slots from the calendar or create the slots in this calendar view.
If you had added slots previously, they will appear in your calendar. If not, you can add new time slots by clicking on a certain date and time in the calendar. If you want to add many sequential time slots at once, do it from the “Calendar” page instead.
In Applicant Card you can also book on behalf of another person.
Click “Insert link”
👉 The system will automatically generate an invitation message with a booking link that you can modify.
3. Send Invitation
Review or edit the message
Send it to the candidate
4. Applicant accepts the interview time
The applicant opens the booking link
Selects a suitable time
Clicks Confirm
👉 Once a time is selected:
It is removed from other candidates
Both you and the candidate receive a notification (based on settings)
You can still do these actions after interview is scheduled:
Reschedule interview
Cancel interview
Cancel interview without email
You can also see the confirmed interview slot in your Calendar view, and it is an Online interview, you can join the interview in the time slot.
Confirm a Pre-agreed Interview
If you’ve already agreed on a time (e.g. via phone or email):
Click “Confirm pre-agreed interview”
Select the agreed time slot
Send the confirmation message

Appears in your Task list on the Home page
Visible in your TalentAdore calendar
Optional Settings
You can set a confirmation deadline
→ Go to: Company settings → Status updates
This is how much in advance the applicant can confirm the interview. Options 1h, 2h, and 24h.
