A brief overview of settings and links to more information can be found in this guide.

  • Data privacy - define the data storage period and add your organization’s Privacy Policy. The expiration period will start from the date the application arrives to TalentAdore. The period is renewed if the candidate updates their application, or an outcome is set for the candidate. It is recommended for this period to be 12 months.

  • Recruitment flows - create your own recruitment flows in addition to the default built-in recruitment flow. Specific recruitment flow can be chosen when creating a new job ad. Read more here.

With the evaluation tool, your recruitment team can evaluate candidates fairly and efficiently at every stage of the recruitment process. You can create a consistent evaluation process using templates and collect feedback from multiple evaluators.

  • Status updates - adjust the status update settings and edit the content of status update messages. You can also create your own messages. Read more about automatic status updates here and about editing the status update messages here.
