How to Use the Notes Summary AI Assistant
Navigate to the Application Card of any applicant
Click the Notes tab
Add internal notes (e.g., feedback from interviews, assessments, discussions)
Click the “Summarize Notes” button under the AI Summary section
Once clicked, the assistant will analyze all written notes and automatically generate a summary divided into clear Key Points, Concerns and Actions.
