Internal notes are a vital part of application evaluation and collaboration throughout the recruitment process. However, when multiple stakeholders add input, it can become time-consuming to review everything manually.

The Notes Summary AI Assistant solves this by summarizing notes from all users into structured key points - grouped as Key Points, Concerns and Actions. This ensures that relevant feedback is quick to digest, reducing time-to-decision and improving team alignment.

How to Use the Notes Summary AI Assistant

  1. Navigate to the Application Card of any applicant

  2. Click the Notes tab

  3. Add internal notes (e.g., feedback from interviews, assessments, discussions)

  4. Click the “Summarize Notes” button under the AI Summary section

Once clicked, the assistant will analyze all written notes and automatically generate a summary divided into clear Key Points, Concerns and Actions.
