Are You Using the Correct Login Page?
First, make sure you are on the right platform.
The primary login page for the TalentAdore system is: ats.talentadore.com
Important: Some recruitment partners have their own dedicated login platforms. Double-check that you are using the correct link provided by your organization
Common Login Problems and Solutions
If you are on the correct page but still can't log in, try these solutions.
If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO):
Enter your email address.
Leave the password field blank.
Click the "Login" button to be redirected to your company's SSO page.
If you have forgotten your password:
Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to reset it.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password.
Password Requirements
When setting or resetting your password, ensure it meets the following security requirements:
It must be at least 12 characters long.
It cannot contain easily guessed repeating patterns (e.g., "passwordpassword" or "123123123").
I Didn't Receive a Password Reset Email. What's Wrong?
If you requested a password reset but didn't receive an email, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
No Account: There is no TalentAdore account associated with the email address you entered.
SSO Login: Your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), which means you don't have a separate password for TalentAdore. Try leaving the password field blank as described above.
Inactive Account: The account associated with your email may have been deactivated. Contant support team by email [email protected] or by creating a ticket to reactivate your account.
Special Case: Access to Multiple Environments
If your user account has access to two different TalentAdore environments and you have been removed from one of them, your account may need to be updated.
Solution: In this specific situation, you will need to contact support and ask them to update your account to use your existing environment as the main one.
