Työmarkkinatori will replace the MOL integration soon. After this deadline it will only be possible to publish jobs via Työmarkkinatori. No actions are required from you. TalentAdore staff will make sure your integration is set up for you.

How do I publish a position to a job portal?

1) Make sure your Customer Success Manager has enabled the job portal integration for your company.

2) Published a job in TalentAdore. Here you can find instructions on how to do so: https://talentadore.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000684814-How-do-I-open-a-position

3)Go to the share page of your published job. Instructions: https://talentadore.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001018954-How-do-I-share-a-position

4) Scroll down on the share page to find the section called “Share on Job boards”

5) Select the job board to which you want to post your job. Note that each integration is slightly different. See below integration specific job posting instructions.

6) Once you have filled in the information required to post the job, click ‘Publish’ in the bottom right hand corner. (see below an Oikotie publishing example)

7) Note that it is normal to experience some delays when publishing to an external job portal. It can take up to 2h for the job to show up in any given portal.
