Talent Community Settings

  1. Insert the email address from which automatic Talent Community messages will be sent.

  2. Insert the name of the email sender.

  3. Open the drop-down menu to select the default language for automatic Talent Community messages. This language is used on occasions when our system cannot identify a candidate's preferred language.

  4. Select the number of days after which the Talent Community invitation will expire (if the candidate has not agreed to become a member of Talent Community).

  5. Select if you’d like to send automatic reminder emails to candidates who have been invited to become Talent Community members, but have not yet joined yet. When enabling this feature, you also need to select the number of days after which the reminder is sent.

  6. Select if you’d like to send automatic renewal emails to candidates whose membership in the Talent Community is about to expire. When enabling this feature, you also need to select the number of days after which the reminder is sent. Additionally, you can also set the expiration period for the talent data who have confirmed to be part of your Talent Community.

Referrals

On “Referrals” part, you can choose if you’d like to send an automatic Talent Community invitation to all the referred candidates. If you leave this tick box empty, you can review the referred candidates first and only then invite them manually. Read more about referrals here.

First, select which message you would like to edit from the status drop-down. Then, rewrite the subject and message according to your needs. Remember to use placeholders whenever possible to avoid manual work and to create personalized messages.

Here is a list of all Talent Community status messages:

  • Welcome to the Talent Community: This message is sent to everyone who has filled out the Talent Community form for the first time. This is only sent to individuals who do not have a previous profile in the Talent Community.

  • Link to continue editing the profile: This message is sent to candidates who have filled out the Talent Community application form but already have a profile in the system. The system sends a link that allows them to edit their previously created profile.

  • Talent Community invitation message: This message is sent to candidates who have been invited to join the Talent Community. It can be sent automatically after a candidate's rejection and feedback, when an invitation is made individually, or in bulk.

  • Reminder to Join Talent Community: This message is sent to individuals who have been invited to the Talent Community but have not yet accepted the invitation or confirmed their membership. It is sent automatically after a defined period from the invitation's dispatch, as set in the settings.

  • Renew Talent Community consent: This message is automatically sent to talents whose Talent Community membership is about to expire, allowing them to renew their consent and remain in the community.

Please note that you can also edit messages on a per-Talent Community group basis. Read more here: Group-specific status messages
