Create a New Task
1. Go to the Dashboard.
2. Click the New task button in the task widget.
If you don't have this widget in your dashboard, start by adding it to your Dashboard view by clicking Edit dashboard -button:
3. In the task form, you can:
Assign the task: Select a colleague as the assignee.
Tip: Leave the “Assignee” field empty to assign the task to yourself.
Add a due date to set a deadline.
Write a note to provide context or instructions.
4. Click Add task to save the task.
Track and Manage Tasks
Tasks assigned to you are listed under the My tasks dropdown.
Tasks you’ve delegated to others appear under the Delegated tasks dropdown - both are accessible in the same Tasks widget.
To mark a task as done, click the checkbox on the left side of the task.
If a task is not completed by its due date, the task icon will turn red to indicate it’s overdue.
